香蕉戚風蛋糕

麵粉的量改為60克,並加入少許的泡打粉和香草粉
用蛋黃3顆,蛋白4顆的方法做戚風讓蛋糕的口感更家膨鬆
烤模較淺所以用160度烤25分鐘
烤完有內縮,但是口感鬆軟入口即化
但是實在太軟了,刀子不好切
